John Snyder, Research Administrator, writes subcontracts for CIEE research projects. A highly skilled and experienced negotiator, he also manages the development of subcontracts and deliverables for complex and special endeavors.
John has been employed by the University of California since 1986 and has worked for CIEE since 1997. Before joining CIEE, he worked for ten years as Senior Fabrications Buyer for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He was previously Sustainability Commissioner for the City of Sausalito, where he worked with the city on alternative power sources, including wind and solar. He has a degree in Ceramic Engineering.
